Andrew is the Project Manager for AIRID, assisting project Principal Investigators with day-day management of designated projects. He has managed projects in higher education for over 10 years and has worked with international communities for more than 6 years in over 7 countries. He is a high-achieving professional with a career in higher education marked by demonstrated success in program design, planning, and management, as well as experience leading projects in international education. More recently, Andrew served as Senior Project Manager for the Arizona Innovation Alliance, a partnership formed by the Arizona Board of Regents between Arizona’s three in-state universities to provide accessibility and affordability of higher education for Arizona residents.

Andrew’s work in international development included: managing Arizona State University's U.S. Pakistan Centers for Advanced Studies in Energy (USPCAS-E), an $18M USAID project; directed a $2M visiting scholar program within USPCAS-E; and managed over 15 global partnerships for the Julie Ann Wrigley Global Futures Laboratory. Until August 2015, Andrew worked at Northern Arizona University (NAU) in the Center for International Education, advocating for the inclusion of underrepresented students both domestic and international. While at NAU, he was nominated and served as a Commissioner for the Commission for Native Americans. As a Commissioner, Andrew led the initiative to update the university's recruitment materials to be inclusive of Native American heritage.
