Central America Regional Support Services (CARSS) IDIQ

UArizona (Dr. Javier Osorio/SGPP PI), in partnership with Making Cents International, won a small business award under the $800m USAID Central America Regional Support Services (CARSS) IDIQ, which seeks to provide USAID Regional and Bilateral Missions within Latin America and the Caribbean with a flexible, streamlined, and total integrated service solution for addressing a variety of issues affecting the root causes of irregular migration from Central America to the United States, particularly those related to economic opportunity, governance and transparency, climate change, crime and insecurity. UAz will provide research and analytics services to support strategy and activity implementation.
